Facilities:
The reception is open 24h a day and you can get service at least in English, Swedish and Finnish and sometimes also in German.
Breakfast is served from 7-10 a.m. on weekdays and on Sundays from 8-11 a.m. in the breakfast room.
We have a small meeting room for 12 persons, equipped with overhead, clipboard, TV and video. The meeting room is usually free of charge for hotel guests.
A small sauna can be reserved from the reception. Laundry service is available.
Location:
Located in the heart of Helsinki, the Helka Hotel is conveniently close to the main railway station the airport bus terminal and the long distance coach terminal, but equally important it is very near the shopping district and other attractions for the visitor!
Cancellation and Hotel Policies:
There is no upfront payment, we require valid credit card details to guarantee the reservation, however all clients pay direct to the hotel upon departure. Your credit card will be validated to secure your booking.
There is no charge if cancellations are made two (2) days prior arrival: Cancellations made late or no-shows will be charged one (1) night cancellation / no-show fee.
Please note that on special dates with fairs and exhibitions the cancellation policy may vary.
